You’re a Perfect Match If You Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience working with healthcare data sets.
• Strong expertise in data architecting solutions and hands-on execution in complex, fast-paced environments.
• A proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience building and managing cross-functional, distributed data engineering teams across multiple locations.

Technical Proficiency:

• In-depth knowledge of SQL and other database-related technologies
• Experience with Snowflake, DBT, BigQuery, Fivetran, Segment, etc.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, RDS, Redshift, etc.)
• Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools such as Airflow
• Data modeling for microservices, especially using NoSQL databases like MongoDB

• Define and oversee the strategic design of efficient, scalable schemas and data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data, ensuring optimal performance and future scalability.
• Establish and enforce best practices for data ingestion and real-time streaming, optimizing high-throughput systems to meet business objectives.
