We are looking for a highly motivated, multitasking and people oriented person to match our super friendly and professional team of HR BPs. Your goals are to build the processes in the fast-growing company, preserve our culture and values globally, and to closely work with the team members.
The HR team is looking for you to have close cooperation globally, create something cool together and bring your fire in the company’s life.

You Perfectly Match If you have:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR (focus in Learning and Development, Analytics)
  • Experience with building and implementing HR processes
  • Ability to compose and implement HR policies
  • Strong experience in Learning & Development – ability to drive the process, execute, but also evaluate and improve
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be a team player and work independently
  • B2+ level of English (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Experience on driving continuous growth of employee engagement and retention
  • Experience with HR metrics and analytics
  • Creative thinking and ability to propose and implement relevant ideas
  • Experience in working with HR CRMs (BambooHR, PerformYard, etc. is advantage)
  • Willingness to travel for business, including weekends (if required)
  • B2+ level of English (verbal and written)
Your day-to-day activities:
  • Cooperate with the global HR team and closely work with each stakeholder to enhance their employee life cycle in the company
  • Provide expert HR guidance and coaching to stakeholders on a variety of topics, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Build and implement relevant HR processes in the fast-growing environment
  • Compose and publish relevant policies in HR area of ownership
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions.
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and fosters respect.
  • Identify and drive implementation of employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to strengthen company brand promotion and drive internal and external events
