Middle DevOps Engineer

We have a DevOps mindset here where we want to empower developers to do their own development and get their work to production on their own without relying on another team but they can always rely on support.

• Git
• GitLab – Supporting Pipelines, Jobs
• Jenkins (we are migrating away from Jenkins but good to be familiar)
• Terraform (we use Terraform for AWS and Kubernetes)
• CI/CD Pipeline development and design (able to understand developer requirements and git flows, supporting standard pipelines that are used across multiple teams)
• Kubernetes/EKS (Cluster management, upgrades, EKS, CRDs, Ingress Controllers)
• AWS (Core services such as IAM, VPC, S3, Route53, EC2, PostgreSQL RDS, Redshift administration but not necessarily deep knowledge of Redshift itself, NLB/ALBs)
• Basic SQL
• Python (Able to write basic scripts that interface with AWS or RESTful APIs)
• Bash/Shell

• Migrating from Artifactory to CodeArtifact
• Supporting security remediation with Lacework
• Monthly System patching
• Migrating from Jenkins to GitLab
• Supporting developers as needed.
