Newfire is seeking a Senior Director of Adoption & Training with SaaS experience to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive training strategy for a next-generation clinical technology platform. This platform will serve as the foundation for all clinical data and operations across every line of business. By designing and implementing robust training programs, this leader will ensure seamless adoption, enhance user proficiency, and drive operational excellence. Their efforts will empower healthcare professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to optimize care management, utilization management, and data-driven decision-making – ultimately improving healthcare outcomes for millions of Americans.

Your day-to-day activities:
  • Develop and Implement Comprehensive Training Programs: Design and deliver engaging, effective training programs tailored to the diverse needs of stakeholders. Utilize various training modalities—including in-person, virtual, and e-learning—to ensure accessibility and flexibility.
  • Drive User Adoption and Proficiency: Create training strategies that accelerate user adoption and proficiency, enabling users to quickly and effectively utilize our products.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Management, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure alignment and a seamless user experience. Gather feedback and insights to continuously enhance training content and delivery.
  • Measure and Analyze Training Effectiveness: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate training effectiveness. Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize program impact.
  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and manage a team of training professionals while fostering a culture of excellence, user-centricity, and continuous learning.
  • Foster a Culture of Continuous Learning: Champion ongoing learning and development initiatives, ensuring users have access to continuous training and support resources.

You’re a Perfect Match If You Have:

  • 10+ years in training leadership roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results.
  • Strong understanding of user needs with a passion for delivering exceptional learning experiences.
  • Excellent ability to engage diverse audiences, facilitate impactful training sessions, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to inform strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to think critically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Experience in healthcare, particularly in payer solutions, care management and/or utilization management is a plus.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed, roughly 25% of the time.

The Offer:
Newfire Global is committed to consistent compensation practices across our organization. Total compensation for this role is market driven, with a salary of $180,000 – $200,000+ (comprising 85% base and 15% bonus). Base pay is ultimately determined based on a candidate’s skills, expertise, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental & vision coverage, health spending accounts, voluntary benefits, leave of absence policies, Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) program with employer contribution, Flexible work schedules and time-off policy, as well as company equipment for all new full-time US-based remote employees.
