Senior .Net Engineer

Our client builds technologies that have been shown in clinical trials to improve the treatment experience of patients with cancer and survival outcomes while lowering costs.
A growing network of oncology providers, patients, and life science researchers use clients’ platforms with bi-directional EHR integration in routine clinical practice for treatment care planning, clinical trial screening, symptom management, care coordination and referrals, and survivorship care.

• 5+ years of experience using C#
• 5+ years of experience using SQL Server/T-SQL
• 3+ years of experience using MVC.NET or Web.Api
• 3+ years of experience in Unit Testing using Xunit
• 3+ years of experience with version control with Git
• Proven experience with multithreading, async programming
• English proficiency

• HL7, FHIR, CDA or experience with other medical formats and/or EMR systems
• Experience with Scheduling framework like Quartz or Hangfire
• Experience with Blob Storage preferable Azure Blobs
• Experience with Big Data reporting/analytics
• Cloud experience in one of the following environments Azure, AWS, Google
• Experience with Jira

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable architecture and .NET code
• Ensure the best possible performance and quality of large-scale web applications and services
• Proactively designing & implementing innovative applications
• Work with team on new ideas, best practices, and strategies on Back End for given applications
• Identify and solve bottlenecks and bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Care about quality and delivering high-quality code, with various levels of automated tests (unit, integration, performance, and security)
• Support with Scrum / Agile software development approach (e.g., sprint, standups, retros, planning, pointing, grooming, etc.)
