You Perfectly Match, If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or a related field, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the software development process and product lifecycle.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal and team-building skills.
- A passion for technology and a desire to bring innovative, value-driven products to market.
- Experience in population health, care management, or utilization management is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, public health management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Nice to have:
- Expertise in analyzing product performance and usage analytics to inform improvements.
- Familiarity with vendor management and establishing strategic partnerships to enhance product capabilities.
Your day-to-day activities:
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap in partnership with engineers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, anticipate regulatory changes, and assess competitive solutions.
- Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Design and implement product performance metrics to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to gather end-user feedback and enhance product value and satisfaction.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and establish new partnerships to expand product capabilities when needed.
