We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Manager with a strong background in QA processes and Agile methodologies, complemented by proven expertise as a Scrum Master. This dual-role position involves leading QA efforts while facilitating Agile practices to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions in the APAC region

You Perfectly Match If you have:

5+ years of experience in QA and Scrum Master, with a solid understanding of quality engineering concepts and methodologies. Leading Agile teams to success
Proficiency in tools and platforms for defect tracking, test design, and execution, including configuration expertise.
Experience with back-end and API testing, and knowledge of collecting and analyzing QA metrics.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience facilitating Agile processes.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Hands-on experience with Angular and .NET technologies.
Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.

Your day-to-day activities:

Quality Assurance Responsibilities:
- Establish and enhance QA processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Conduct testing of infrastructure and product environments.
- Analyze requirements, assess testing tasks, and execute test plans effectively.
- Identify, report, and track issues; perform regression testing as required.
- Create, update, and review testing documentation such as test cases, plans, and checklists.
- Collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and other testers for seamless integration.
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum processes and ensure adherence to Agile principles and ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Identify and address impediments swiftly to support team delivery.
- Coach teams on Scrum methodologies, fostering self-organization, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration.
- Facilitate communication between teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Maintain transparency of team progress using tools such as product backlogs and burn-down charts.
- Shield the team from external distractions, enabling them to focus on delivering value efficiently.
